Which province is The Collection 688 in?
Since 1 July 2025, Bình Dương has been merged into Ho Chi Minh City. The current address is Thuận Giao ward, Ho Chi Minh City; the former place name was Thuận Giao ward, Thuận An City, Bình Dương province. Both names describe the same place — the HCMC Department of Construction’s own letter says so explicitly.
How do you drive in and out?
The project’s access point onto Highway 13 is at Km12+789.9, on the right-hand side of the carriageway, approved in writing by the Department of Construction and the Bình Dương provincial People’s Committee during 2025. It is the detail that decides your daily commute, and almost no listing page mentions it.
Is the project near a metro station?
The location diagram issued by the developer shows the site close to the intersection of two planned metro lines: one running along Highway 13 towards Bến Thành station, and one along the Mỹ Phước – Tân Vạn axis. These are planned lines and none of them is operating — the distance to any specific station has not been published, so we are not going to quote you a travel time.
How far is it to central Ho Chi Minh City?
The official project documents do not state a single distance in kilometres or a single travel time in minutes. The numbers you see on listing sites are the writer’s own estimates. We have chosen not to repeat them; if you need a figure, measure it yourself on a map at the hour you would actually be travelling.
